Summer is Over
Being in Damascus, the little things sounded more exciting. And as you've noticed I written anything lately. I've been home two and a half months. I'm still jobless, but I thought I'd show what I've been up to most of the time I've been back. That's her in the picture next to me. I surprised myself by the speed with which I found a girlfriend. I didn't even mean to. It really just happened. But she (Johanna) goes back to school (BYUI) on Tuesday. The 8th. I can't say I'm very excited for that, but it's going to happen anyway.
I've gotten just a few hits back on jobs I've applied for but I've discovered as the summer progressed that I'm not really sure what I want to do. That's the tricky part. So aside from the girlб nothing has really happened. I've played some soccer, ran some, and been riding a road bike. And I've thoroughly enjoyed my summer (Thanks to Johanna). I think it's time to get down to business and get some work though, even if it's not what I want. The joblessness is driving me crazy, I feel useless.
